Yours is even worse than mine. I had an order date of 2/2, a build date of 3/12, and so far it has not shipped. It was released for shipping on 3/15 but has not moved. The chat line told me D1 status can be as long as 30 days and KZ status, released for shipping, can be as long as 14 days. I am on day 13 now.
The build process is actually fairly quick... The Q/C and logistic process is usually the hold up. Actual build of the truck is days to a few weeks.

Correct, I texted them Friday and I was D1, I texted late last night and I am I status, waiting for inspection. I guess they built it sometime between Monday and Wednesday. I was in D1 since approx. 3/8 or a little earlier. Someone had posted on here that once they start, it only takes like 16 hours or so to build.
There are a lot of knowledgeable people on here, You should really read through some of the forums and you will learn a lot. To start you off, go to the Ram website from the company, look through, usually towards the bottom of the page and look for the "contact us" button and press it. From there you can find a link to "chat". Press that and you will be chatting with someone from Ram. You will need to provide the last 8 of your vin, sometimes the VON, your name, address, zip code, phone number... tell them you want to check the status of your new vehicle. They may be a little vague so ask them for the status code. They might say "D" or "D1". look at the forum here and you will find all the status codes and what the mean.
