Delivery Time Estimates

How long was everyone in D1 status? I'm at 17 days now. Online chat said it could be up to 30 days. This waiting is awful!!!!

Exactly 17 days for me. Waiting in D1 status isn't much better though. Hoping for some action this week as my dealer had an estimated shipping date of 4/8. Online chat has yet to give that up to me though, so, dealer has the best info.

My dealer gave me an estimated ship date of 4/1

I was in D1 status for 28 days. I have now been in KZ status for 17 days. One chat person told me it cold be in KZ status for 14 days, another told me it could be 30 days. As far as I know the truck is still in Mexico. I ordered it on Feb 2.

You had that a couple days after order though right? I wouldnt put much stock in that (I know, obvious now). I suspect this week you'll go D1 and if mine ships on 4/8, yours will be right there or shortly behind.

Have you contacted the dealer? If mine is in your shoes, my dealer will be hearing from me weekly. On the potentially positive side, I've heard that chat won't give you anything beyond KZ, hopefully they are giving you bum info and it's actually on a train somewhere by now.

I'm beginning to think the chat is quite useless really.

I am already D1. Ordered on 2/25. Ship date was supposed to be 4/1
 
Truck is finally being built. Made it to E status today.
 
I just wish I could find someone who could look in the computer and tell me more info, been kz status for almost 2 weeks. Anybody know how long it took from KZ status to delivery?

I contacted my dealer today. The truck is still sitting on a lot in Mexico waiting to be loaded on a train. He thinks it will ship this week but he said he has no control over it.

Mine has been in KZ for 16 days I think. I was told it could potentially be in KZ for 30 days and shipping could be 3 weeks once it is loaded on a train. It has now been 8 weeks since I ordered it and I may have to wait five more weeks but It could be as short as two, they claim.

It all depends on the timing of order acceptance. I ordered 2/9, built 2/26, driving on 3/29. I’m very impatient but if I had to wait all over I would. It’s that impressive. Even the wife said, “this thing has a lot more power than the old one!” Let me clarify that she wasn’t prompted and the old one was a 2017 3500DRW W/Aisin.

Your dealer can do a VIN track and tell you damn near every time it has been moved!

Yea well they seem unwilling to do so. so it is what it is I guess. I ordered on 2/12/19, built on 3/21/19, and basically been kz status since around 2 weeks or so ago. so maybe my truck should be coming soon?

You are about 10 days behind me on ordering and build dates. I am still in KZ waiting on shipping.

My thought on that is don’t get your hopes up until you are able to confirm it has been loaded on a train. I too was told it will ship on the next train as soon as it hit KZ status. That was on March 15th and it is still there. Hopefully yours won’t take so long.
 
How often are you guys "chatting" with Ram for updates? Today was 4 weeks since my order on 3/5. They said still D1.
 
3/31/19 - Deposit on Order
4/1/19 - Entered into computer
4/2/19 - VIN Issued

2/25 - Order
2/28 - D status
3/15 - D1
4/1 - E - frame
4/2 - F - paint

While i was in D1 the dealer gave me an estimated ship date of 4/1, but as you can see that didn't happen.
