Has anyone noticed that the price for Safety on longhorn seems to jump from $1590 to $1990 when you add tow mode camera? I may be wrong in my correlation, but I just started noticing it.

nvm, looking at TLA90 it appears there are two safety groups for longhorn. The ones that are $1590 do not list digital mirror, lane keep, or adaptive steering. I didnt know they changed that package at all. Will be interesting to see what actually shows up on delivery.

I placed my order on 8/2 for a 2022 BigHorn Crew long box Olive Green SRW 6.7 HO Towing Group B, Level 1 Equipment Group, 5 passenger seating. Still in Status D as of this morning. Still hoping soon I will see it advance.

So... I'm a newbie here. How are you checking on the status of your builds? I did the ram chat and got a VIN number for my order but that's about it.
 
Who can check my VIN? I used the online tool and it didn’t have any data associated with that number.

Getting the VIN is literally the only thing ramchat is good for. If you ask them for status updates they might tell you its in paint one day, then tell you the 22s havnt started production the next day.
 
Where are all of the pictures? I've only seen pix of one truck. Has only one person taken delivery, and are we supposed to upload pic when we take delivery?

Our local dealer told me they were going to give a deal. Yes after 45 minutes they lowered the price $1499. Now this dealer owns every lot in town. Then most of the lots within 100 miles of that. Laughed and told him what I could get it for. NO way was his answer, then told me if it were his quote. He would sign today, and hope it was good when the truck came in.
I will be for sure driving it up and showing him when its here. Only good thing was this dealer gives a free lifetime warranty with the unit. ONly reason I even went in there. Over the last 40 years, they have not been able to sell me anything. I try but will not pay anyone Thousands to do business with them.
 
I found this article about the Ram 1500 plant (Sterling Heights Assy Plant - SHAP) going to mandatory 7 day work weeks for next 90 days. Wonder if Saltillo Truck Assy Plant (STAP) is going to get the same demand from Stellantis? The Union may have different agreement with them being in Mexico, though.

Go to 5th gen Rams…there’s a thread with cheap warranties through Ziegler….if that’s something you wanted. There is a code for pay in full discounts and the prices are already really competitive.

Don’t think it tells me anything I didn’t already know.

Missing XN1 trailer surround camera. Checking in it. Not too busted up about it. Not sure if he forgot to add it or it wasn’t available ?
