Apparently I picked everything that will hold up my other and not the other common tech stuff. What all did you get on your truck. I loaded mine up with pretty much everything, but then went and took the air ride off.
OfficerDirtySanchez, Thanks for working on this equipment listing spreadsheet. It will be super helpful as more option data can be populated from those trucks with current build sheets. It will allow us to do some pretty cool data analytics and start to identify trends in builds which will provide potential insight into what options may be holding up build progress. A quick play around with the data, below is the breakdown of the VINs collected in the spreadsheet with Build sheets by Model 2500/3500 and Trims. This will give us an idea of what Ram is building. Below represents about 14,020 VINs with build sheet. A bunch of other useful pivot tables and charts can be made. Create a Tableau and even easier to manipulate the data set.The list in this sheet is a somewhat separate thing I've been working on. Eventually I'll combine this data with our order tracking sheet. But it's all incremental progress when I have time here and there.
This data makes me feel a little more comfortable with the otherwise strange build sequence we seem to be observing. I can't find another truck built with all my features. On the flip side, it makes me scared about when I'll ever see mine.

y truck went to D1 on 8/28 and is in G status as of 9/18.What's usually the D1 to assembly time frame you thinking?
8 weeks....wow. It won't even smell new anymore once you finally get it.Haha 8 weeks tomorrow in storage for mine. Welcome to the club, we have refreshments over there and sign in sheet over there. Haha

I got: Laramie Level A, BSM, Surround View Cam, Trailer Surround View Cams, Digital Rearview, Trailer TPMS, Adaptive Cruis, Adaptive Steering.
I did not get: 12" Uconnect, Power running boards
I hope that isn’t being stored outside. I can imagine the paint condition after all that bird poop just stays on the paint.8 weeks....wow. It won't even smell new anymore once you finally get it.
Pretty easy to find out what you would have paid on interest; it's in the finance papers you signed on both loans. If I can get no more than 3% for a loan, I'm not paying it off early. Inflation is going to be more than that and I can net a greater return on the market that blowing liquid capital on a depreciating asset.I might be late on answering this question, but the dealership does make money on the back end, the finance department. I was able to get the dealer cost on the extended Mopar warranty and less on money on the sales price by letting them charge me an extra 1% from the rate I could get either through them or through a bank. Now you only have to keep it with the dealership for 91 days, and then you can pay it off or go to a bank or credit union without the dealership taking a hit. This saved me about 6K on the out-the-door price and was done after I went into the finance department plus several thousand on the warranty.
I only used my trade for the downpayment, yes it was paid off. I honored my word and went 100 days and refinanced with my back at a lower interest rate at my back with no fees and this is when I put in my cash deposit that I was going to use for my truck. Then I paid on this off fast, payment was like 1K a month and I paid 1K when payment was due and anywhere between 250-500 every Friday on my payday. Had the Truck paid off in 11 months! I never added up what I would have paid in interest if I would have gone the full term on my truck but I know it was in a lot of money.
Ah yes the typical 8 week walk from the front of the warehouse to the back and back to the line.... a nice 650 mile long factory.
blindfolded....in the dark...all of the bins are now in French. Just be understanding, its harder than it seems
Oh gotcha, they probably need to ship the parts to france for their labeling. This all makes sense now

When I ordered on 8/14 BSM was not selectable (greyed out) on my Dealers ordering system. They checked into it and that option was dropped due to chip shortage. That's probably what's holding your build up the most.Apparently I picked everything that will hold up my other and not the other common tech stuff.

Limited trim level comes standard with BSM and there have been several that have received equipment listings. When I ordered on 8/14 BSM was not selectable (greyed out) on my Dealers ordering system. No one here is upset with the factory workers. We know they are all doing the best they can with what they have..
I don't know how the allocation to top trim vs poverty trims works but I'm sure and hope that it's due to logistics and not profit
They can wash them before loading on the train.I hope that isn’t being stored outside. I can imagine the paint condition after all that bird poop just stays on the paint.
Interesting that it shows level 1 ordered this late.First time buying a brand new truck figured I would do it right and get what I wanted. The wait is killing me. Hopefully the BSM chip shortage doesn't delay the build to much.
