T1, Who did you end up ordering through?Ordered front and rear bumpers. Just have to wait and see how long they take to get here.

CJC Off Road. They were great to work with trying to figure out my level kit and everything else so just stuck with them.T1, Who did you end up ordering through?
Forgot to reply to this - I had the Rebel on my raptor, also a dark gray color. Personally, i loved it - not too much gray at all.
Wheel is 22, tire is 37.Wow! That looks amazing!! I think that’s the route I will go. What size wheel/tire is this?

FedEx freightY’all are making me want to order the rear bumper.
For those that already have it, Did it ship freight or ground? The front bumper shipped freight but FedEx freight was amazing to deal with.
They were excellent to deal with. Local dispatch called me the day before. I was able to tell them what truck was needed (not semi) to get to my house. The day of, the driver called me and gave me an ETA. I ask him to call me from my house and I opened the garage door remotely, he placed the pallet in my garage and called me back to confirm garage door closed.FedEx freight
Looking back I wish I would have went that route, after I bought my truck a fully built one popped up on the AEV site, the only 75th Anniv Power Wagon PXL ive seen. The shipping and installation were major reasons why I decided to drop my vehicle off at AEV. The additional costs and time add up to a huge amount.
Looking forward to seeing some pictures.

I personally wouldn’t go to 40”s without a regear but only because I tow with mine.In no way would I want that 6.4 trying to push around 40-42" tires, I've gotta imagine that thing is getting single digit MPG and even if you don't care about the price of fuel the constant stopping to fill up would kill me.
I'm a cummins guy, and while I'd like to think I can be unbiased and talk about the facts it's important to at least call them out.I personally wouldn’t go to 40”s without a regear but only because I tow with mine.
But, I do have a question… you say “that 6.4” like it’s an inferior drivetrain and the 6.7 would do better. Am I reading that wrong?
The 8 speed behind the 6.4 has a 5:1 first gear. The Cummins has a first gear of 3.2:1 (coincidently, the same as the hemi’s second gear). Combine that with 4.10 rear end in the PW…. The performance gap between the two trucks is much smaller than the Cummins guys would like to admit. The Mpg gap isn’t really there, either.
I like wrenching on my toys as well, but after seeing it, I had a “Well…damn..” moment. I love the looks of it, but definitely would have had concerns about the 40’s. Also forgot to mention price was a little out there, if I remember correctly i think it was in the $98k range.I’m not the guy to drop mine off for work. Getting my hands dirty is half the fun of building a truck
I got off topic, sorryI'm a cummins guy, and while I'd like to think I can be unbiased and talk about the facts it's important to at least call them out.
That said, MPG seems to be a real thing, and while I'm not claiming double mpg numbers it's not odd to see guys with the 6.7 on 37s getting real high teens or even low 20s depending on elevation, driving style, etc. The 6.4 puts you at best, low teens from everything I've read. I've got no direct experience with the 6.4, just what I've read from guys online.
As for the gearing. I think gearing numbers are important, but you also have to factor in the engines preferred working range, and for the cummins it's much lower than the 6.4. All V8 trucks, but especially gassers, like to rev and make most of their power higher up in the rev range, so getting those meats moving from a stop or crawl is a lot more effort in the 6.4 than the 6.7.
I'm not saying the 6.4 is a slouch by any means, but I'd want a regear and prob something helping to blow air before I would consider 40s on a 6.4 for daily driver. It's more than just the gearing, although I'm sure the 8spd helps make up for some of that missing torque.
850 ft/lbs of torque enters the chat.....I personally wouldn’t go to 40”s without a regear but only because I tow with mine.

I thought someone would pop in with 3500 HO torque 1000 ft/lb number first!3.23 x 3.73 = 12.0:1
5 x 4.10 = 20.5:1
I actually like the 8 speed so much that I got a 3.73 truck after looking at both. but, the comment above was about a power wagon on 40s.I thought someone would pop in with 3500 HO torque 1000 ft/lb number first!![]()
For sure a low ratio help. But I have ridden in a Hemi with larger tires. It wasn't a slouch, but it still didn't make up for the torque when turning the bigger tires. Especially once you are moving a bit. We weren't towing though so I can't say much there.
Having said that, I will likely go to 4.11s on mine at some point. Mostly to help protect the 68rfe.
