I am NOT spamming anything. Look on the spreadsheet. I am waiting on an order just like everyone else. It was clearly to show that a 22 is on the lot.

This is more of an irrelevant post than the one you are quoting. People have been asking for an actual vin and actual pics for a LONG time. Had the guy not posted a link, people would have asked for it in the next post asking for proof.

Dealer called this morning, went to check it out. 2021 ... Couple of options were wrong. After waiting 16 years for child support to stop I can wait 6 months for the right truck , now 2022 ordered. It sure was tough to walk away ... truck is in Nanaimo, Canada if any BC boys are interested.

I used it frequently on my 19, and got it on my 22 I ordered. Helps alot in tight spaces IMO.

This isn't true. Plus, it's advantageous for your deposit to be non-refundable as it serves as a contract for the agreed upon price of your vehicle. It prevents a dealer from ordering a truck on your behalf then turning around and selling it to another buyer at a higher price.

A refundable deposit is typically non-binding in most states.

That's not how contract law works. Offer, acceptance, consideration. Money, whether refundable or not, is consideration and makes a legally binding contract.

Wow, beautiful truck! I can see why tough to walk from, I almost ordered that color too. What options were missing and were they changed by the factory or dealer ordered wrong?

Was wondering the same thing. Did you check your build sheet and window sticker before the truck arrived?
Another Canadian member of this site had options missing off his truck when it arrived. Hoping this is not a
factory decision because my truck should arrive in the next 2-3 weeks and I don't want to have this happen.

Agreed. And I think some folks who ordered 2021 trucks saw their orders switch to 2022 MY and back again. @AEV_CUMMINS comes to mind. Might be the case for this guy on Facebook too.

I have seen very late 21 builds,August 19 was one I came across.
