2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

I built a 3500 HO Limited Night Edition, if you look at the interior, the bezels are black now instead of blue. Could this be the new update look for 22? Bezels are where the gauges are.
I wonder if the bezels changed because of the Night Edition optio. In either case we will know in the next couple of weeks since my 2022 Limited Midnight 3500 SWR Mega Cab shipped on 8/12 and should be here in the next week or tw.

When did you order and if it was shipped why hasn’t it arrived yet? Should be close if it was shipped.
It was ordered on 5/7 and it should be here in a week or two. The problem with shipping is the same as everything else. Supplies are limite. Train car space, transporters and drivers. Originally the dealer (Steve White Motors) https://www.stevewhitemotors.net/ they thought that it would be late October before I’d see a truck.

I'd still love to see a equipment listing or window sticker for your truck. You'd be the first non-Tradesman/Big Horn truck to be confirmed built.

Have you pulled up your window sticker and build sheet on your truck?

Dealerships get punished if a customer backs out I believe, which is why most require a deposit. You know they won’t have any problems selling the truck these days…but my guess is it is to pad their pocket if you back out and Ram gets mad.
Dealers are not allowed to keep a deposit on cancelled orders.

This isn't true. Plus, it's advantageous for your deposit to be non-refundable as it serves as a contract for the agreed upon price of your vehicle. It prevents a dealer from ordering a truck on your behalf then turning around and selling it to another buyer at a higher price.

A refundable deposit is typically non-binding in most states.

2022 3500 limited mega cab SRW ending in 100328: if it’s a diesel, I got 3C63R3PL8NG100328
If it’s a gasser, I got 3C63R3PJXNG100328
No build sheet or window sticker for either VIN.

Seems like most bighorns have been moved back to October to start the build.

USAA Approved me for 93K PenFed too

There's certainly many factors that go into that approval amount. I think I requested my POC amount less the deposit but don't recall. I only intended to finance 50K and just wanted to make sure that was covered.

I just ran part way through an app. I don't recall if they do a hard pull so I'm not going further, but it shows up to $150K can be requested. I changed income amount to poverty level and it still shows 150K. LOL

If you have excellent credit you should be able to beat 3.09%, by how much depends on how many months you take the loan for. I have a list of about 5 credit unions in my area that I will shop for the lowest rate when my truck is close enough.
Summit Credit Union in MM currently has 2.09% on 72 months for those looking. Seems really competitive for those looking for longer terms.

WOW! +$5k "market adjustment". I wonder how many dealers are going to pull this trick for stock units when they arrive.

I live about an hour away from them. They've been doing it for a while.

The dealership I tried to buy from in Fremont would only go $5k below MSRP so I ended up ordering from Mark Dodge. The dealerships excuse was that they were concerned they weren't going to have enough allocations to be able to cut a better deal on an ordered truck in the current market. I think HD trucks sell better here in the midwest than in some other places so they feel comfortable turning down an $82k order.

I don’t know what to tell you. I just returned from the dealer and they aren’t able to print the window sticker but it’s in Rams order system.
