2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

Thankfully no. I've got a really good relationship with my dealer. Sometimes they are busy with other customers, which is understandable. He always will call me back though.
As soon as I posted this, my salesman texted me asking if I had any questions or if I would like weekly updates lol. I think he might be in here

Or even better, enter their order info in the crowdsource doc (link in signature) so that we have a single place to find the info. We've got 236 builds on there as of right now. I always reference that list when someone mentions a build update.
That's the document I've been trying to find usernames on to compare their given ETA with their order date. Not everybody has submitted their VIN to that doc though. That crowdsource doc is awesome!

Did get an email from Ram today that they will email me updates on the build, as usual they said they are awaiting parts but said that production has started. I sure hope Jeff isn't just pulling my chain (glimmer of hope almost gone)

@OfficerDirtySanchez
Are you the one that can update my VIN to the complete VIN?
If so it is 3C6UR5ML0NG120089
I am. Thanks for that update.

Anyone else who wants to add to the sheet, feel free to submit your info through the form or post in https://hdrams.com/forum/index.php?threads/2022-hd-crowdsourced-vin-order-tracking.6189/page-14 and I'll get all your info on there.

Also follow that thread as I occasionally check all VINs for equipment listings and window stickers. I post there if there are any changes.

At what point in the process does the Build Sheet link with our VINs get updated? I am torturing myself daily by checking the link and getting disappointed.

Look down the list at the built codes...

Just heard from the sales manager. My 3500 Laramie ordered 6/24 just updated to D1. For anyone in the northwest looking to order, I would highly recommend reaching out to him. [email protected]. Invoice minus holdbacks. Its the best deal I could find, short of going to Louisiana!
Edit to add, estimated ship date 9/9

Is the 8.4 touch display with Uconnect 5 gonna be standard on the entire Ram 2500 lineup with the Nav? Tradesman included

I thought UC5 only came with 8.4 w/Nav, not the regular 8.4. Isn't the standard now the regular 8.4? With nav (and UC5) still an upgrade.
Uconnect 5 W/ 8.4" Display is standard on Big Horn (non nav unit). The nav unit is an upgrade. Went in circles with this while chatting with my dealer. She called the factory to ensure I was getting the correct thing and sent me a list of standard features in the 2022 Big Horn.

I uploaded this list in post #3,785

Word to the wise, don’t get bored and go to a Ford Tremor forum. Seeing the members gloating after taking delivery of their 2022 trucks SUCKS!!!

They even have access to follow the rail car the truck is being shipped on!

With today's modern tech seem like this is an easy thing to do for customer service, especially when we are paying the amount of money we are. Oh well, we can put on tin hats and speculate the trucks will start arriving soon.

Do they have surveillance footage to the parking lot where they're all getting put into storage so you can keep an eye on your incomplete truck?

No. They are taking delivery of fully built trucks!

The only thing slowing their orders down is if they ordered adaptive steering.
