I didn't even think of that. I was checking usernames on the build spreadsheet. Some of them I could find and some I couldn't. I've got a power wagon on order and am hoping to have some sort of information by the middle of next month. Still, its awesome to see movement on these builds. I'm glad that we are starting to get somewhere with these '22 HDs

Thankfully no. I've got a really good relationship with my dealer. Sometimes they are busy with other customers, which is understandable. He always will call me back though.

I'm in Utah as well, so hopefully it won't take long to truck them out here!
 
I ordered a 2020 last Feb and it didn't come in till August. Throughout the whole experience, Ram Chat was just pitiful.

Now that I have ordered the 2022, and seen how shocked and indignant the nubies are when they call them and don't get any useful info, I have to laugh when they keep calling every day (sometimes several times per day) expecting something better and more useful...

DeepH20Driller's exchange above really 'takes the cake'. Amazing they maintain this whole department without providing them the information or the resources to obtain any.

Truth! I got a good chuckle out of that. I'm definitely a newbie though. This is the first truck I've ever purchased brand new, so the excitement and frustration is all new to me. I do appreciate all of the useful information I have found in this thread and the majority of responses are very helpful. It's too bad that ram chat apparently was the last to know that production had started haha

Sometimes the VOIP to India breaks up and they (Ramchat) miss what was said in their briefings from FCA.

Its just a bot giving pre-scripted answers. Nothing useful or reliable. Some members have been told truck had parts, then later no parts. If you ask them they will say the 22s haven't been built yet but other members have window stickers already. Completely disconnected from reality.

Well, I know it is scripted but ramchat yesterday said waiting on parts and today they say this:
Your order has been scheduled. The parts have been gathered and it will begin the build soon.

Of course if I ask again today who knows what they will so.

I just wanted to tell everyone my experience, I went to a local dealer on Monday 8/23 to order 2500 Laramie, 6.4 CCSB. I wanted Laramie A package with safety B package, as well as some other options. on Wednesday I got a call from the buyer at the dealer saying that my order was kicked back to the dealer because of the safety B package. I told the dealer that the reason i chose the Ram over the GMC was because of the adaptive cruise. (GM told me they had eliminated it off the trucks until the chip shortage was in better shape). Thursday afternoon i called the dealer back while on the phone, was told that the safety B package was greyed out on Wednesday after noon. but while i was on the phone he attempted to build the truck again and able to submit the order. I will call today to see if the order got kicked back again.

@AndreaChapmanScottsdale have you seen this?

Or even better, enter their order info in the crowdsource doc (link in signature) so that we have a single place to find the info. We've got 236 builds on there as of right now. I always reference that list when someone mentions a build update.
