500 cheaper package in a CC and a shorter list of extras.

I had an Anderson with my last fifth wheel. I went with a Reese Goosebox on my current grand design with a B&W offset ball. It is a superior setup and leave the bed completely clear! Been very happy with it. I ordered my new truck without the fifth wheel prep so I can put another B&W in that one.

You have a crew cab and his is a regular cab. The regular cab level 2 lists more options that you also get as standard equipment just not the upgraded interior door panels..

I order a 2500 Laramie with Blind Spot (XAN), Safety Group B (AAV) and Level B Equipment Group (A77). What is Tech Package (AA2)?
 
Well I just got this email from my Salesman!!!! Wooo hooo


"Dave,
The quality assurance hold has been lifted. It is officially in KZ status, which means they working on the logistics of getting it shipped out to us. These heavy duty trucks take a train from Saltillo Mexico to Baltimore, and then a transport truck brings it to the dealer from Baltimore. I will let you know once it is on a train headed to Baltimore!"

Good luck. The Baltimore port is so backed up it's unreal. I had a shipment sitting in the Baltimore rail yard for over a month before it got released.

Yeah but his quote said by train, is that different than shipping by boat?

I'm not 100% sure yet, but it seems like about $1k extra to individually order the tech package options. Tech package was $2995. Tow package ($2255) has almost everything in tech package except Speakers, premium lights, and 12" w/nav. Speakers are $595, Premium lights are $795, and 12" w/Nav upgrade over 8.4 is around $1,200. I'm still not sure if 8.4 is otherwise included or not; if not, then 12" w/Nav is a $1,995 option.

TLDR: Tech package was $2,995, and now it will cost at least $4050 for those options ($1,035 difference).

If anyone has any insight into how these tech options work on Laramie, let me know. The dealer recommended I start looking at a Laramie, but I haven't had time to price that out yet.

For me, a loaded BH was about 2k less than a similarly optioned Laramie.

No its the 31MB. Mid bunk but slightly smaller at 37' overall. Its an awesome layout for my family of 4 with huge windows in the back kitchen sitting area so it feels really open.

At that point might make more sense to just up the trim to a laramie if given the option. Thats the boat im sitting in if the dealer comes back and tells me that there are package issues with my big horn with level B and the tech package.
 
I can’t even order a bighorn at this point. Dealer saying it has to be ordered with night edition or sport package. Says if he doesn’t check that box everything is grayed out.
