Awesome. I hope your issue is finally resolved. I fought the overweight thing and gave up lol.. I now have almost the most towing capacity on the market today, almost.... not sure if it shows there but it is the 4.10 gear as well.2019 3500 shipped out last week hope to get it this week or next. As we have said numerous times. The configurator is wrong. Although, it has been the closest with the 1 ton trucks. Even a tradesman is probably going to have more options than is factored in. But a tradesman 3500 is going to be the closest to those numbers. A Laramie or Limited is going to be off by a "few pounds".
DevilDodge, where did you see that about a guy winning a suit against Ram? In December 2018 I bought a ‘19 Ram 1500 with “1840 lbs. payload”. We were upgrading to tow an Airstream with 1100 lbs. tongue weight. It was a dealer trade so we didn’t see the door sticker until after the deal was done & took delivery. It took until July to get the dealer/Ram to take the truck back. We’re now driving a ‘19 2500 with 2940 lbs. payload. *It cost us $$$$ but at least we finally got enough payload. Not sure what you mean by 3.43 gearing.
On a side note. A guy won a suit against Ram for the false numbers(by configuration not end options).
So all the numbers are much more accurate...some, spot on.

see my sticker is accurate if i had 3.43 gearing, but mine has 3.73 gearing. this is how i know im definitely in the good for my fiver. 12K gross pin weight 1200 + hitch 200 = 1400 in the bed

Gearing does change Gross Combined weight rating.Gearing doesn’t change payload capacity. Your payload capacity is your GVWR (10,000 lbs) minus the weight of your truck. The payload on the chart you posted is the highest possible payload with that engine.
Thanks DevilDodge, I found the old VIN and you are correct - they fixed the system! It now displays the door sticker's 1220 lbs payload.Over on 5th Gen RAMs. Not sure if the guy ever became a member here or not.
@Dawn. Nope, atleast not with the same screen name.
The 1500s were horribly off. 2500s a little. 3500s not so much.
@Jeffmc306 if you still have that trucks VIN put it in and see if it changed.
That member had a 2500 diesel that was listed with the gas numbers.
I checked my own 2015. It charts for 3xxx and it now shows 2997. Almost exactly right.

Thanks! By the way, I shared the information on the AIrstream Forum and gave you props! Now, that amazes me, that they were able to get it right that quick.
So many people were bit by this. We spent so much time trying to explain this.
So glad to see it is fixed.
Sorry that you got screwed by this, but going forward, looks like it should be good.

Gearing does change Gross Combined weight rating.
But on a 2500 diesel there is only one gear ratio for 2019...3.73
The gas truck has 3.73 and 4.10
A dually 3500 can also have 4.10
@jsalbre any updates to your full time life change?
You lost the trailer?Oh yeah, definitely changes GCWR since the towing capacity can change.
Latest update: Picking up the new 2500 on Tuesday or Thursday and then I’ve gotta find the trailer!
