Without getting into future plans too much, thinking about selling

So what did the dealer end up giving you in trade?
 
So today after waiting for a response from the 3rd party vendor (SheerID) and RAM (still waiting another follow up @RamCares ), it appears there is an unpublished guidance for SheerID from the parent company. I am sharing this to make sure more folks know and also, to point out there does not appear to be a way to challenge the failure of the system. We purchased ONE vehicle December 3rd but they show two verifications, this ended with a loss of an additional $500 cash bonus. Irritated at the lack of information and limited help in trying to fix this. But anyway, here is the response from SheerID:

Thank you for contacting SheerID regarding your verification request for the Stellantis military discount. I appreciate your patience in regard to my response time; we've been working with a higher-than-normal volume of emails recently. I'm happy to help.

I understand that you would like to purchase a new vehicle. Upon checking, I can see that you have already been verified twice last December 3, 2022. Please note that Stellantis has only allowed customers to be verified twice in 60 days. Since SheerID is a third-party verification service, we must follow the guidelines provided to us.

If you need further assistance, we recommend calling Stellantis at 800.227.0757.

Follow up about the $500 military bonus cash, I had to do some additional emails and provide some proof to Stellantis regarding eligibility but they pulled through, check has been issued! Misunderstanding of the SheerID at dealer and Stellantis , did not really care either way but this is a great way to find out. @RamCares , a positive story for a change!
