Does anyone know if the factory warranty covers chip on the windshield ?

Seems unlikely unless it was found during the delivery process. May also depend on your relationship with the dealer.

Usually your insurance will cover a windshield with zero deductible, at least it is that way in Florida. I have 2 chips in mine already

I would check with ins company. Not a warranty issue.

Not a chance warrenty is for manufacturer defects not road hazard lol.... get it filled and hope it stays that way
