Just received my 2022 3500 and the driver side window has a couple imperfections that look like bubbles in it. I've also noticed there is also a roughly 6" circle in the lower right corner that when looking through it, your view is distorted. When looking at a painted line on the street and moving your head, it appears the line is bent/moving. I assume that since these new trucks are dual pane glass that there must be some defect in between the two sheets causing these issues.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Trying to determine if this is par for the course with dual pane glass or if I need to request the glass be replaced under warranty.

Welcome. I don’t have that issue in my 2500. I would talk with the dealer about a replacement.

I believe I would definitely try to get that glass under warranty

I don't have those issues, but the windshield definitely distorts light in my opinion.

I see triples of lights, very similar to an astigmatism, when driving my truck. But I do not experience it in any other vehicle I own, or when in others vehicles.

It's a actually my biggest complaint, and will likely be what drives me to selling the thing in another year or so.

Side windows are typically tempered glass, not laminated safety glass like the windshield. Sounds like something ran amock in the tempering process.

I agree with the others though, if it's enough that it's noticeable and annoying, take a pass at the dealer for a new one.

Dealer didn't have an appointment for a few weeks and isn't willing to just let me stop by so they can see it and order a new one, so I have an appointment in 2 weeks to look at it. I will see if I can get a picture, but its mostly noticeable when moving your head side to side while looking down at a painted line on the road, so not sure a picture will do it justice.

Did you tint the windows? Aftermarket tint can cause distortion, especially if you are wearing polarized glasses.

No, tint yet. Wanting to get it fixed before putting the tint on. It is a different distortion than what you see with polarized glasses. This is actual refraction and not just loss of horizontally polarized light.
