Whenever I am driving at speeds in excess of 75mph or it is a windy day I get a wind noise on the rear glass, bottom passenger side corner. Does anyone else seem to have this problem.

Yep....:-/ Have had it since day one but I’ve had so many other issues to deal with on my BigHorn I’ve put that one on the rear burner!

I saw a post on a forum where an owner found a damaged window seal. Rather than let the dealer break something, he sealed it up himself and resolved the issue.

You might want to inspect the seal in that area.

Hi @TWILLIAMS9 - If you decide to address this with your dealer, please know that we are more than happy to provide you with an additional layer of support for that process. We are just a private message away!

I get wind chatter from both side windows. Don't need to be going 75 if there's a cross wind.

The cross wind definitely makes it worse. But it’s definitely in the bottom passenger side corner of the rear glass. When I inspected it, I didn’t find any abnormalities.

My truck has wind noise in the same location that you have. I confirmed the location by stuffing a rag at the location and going for a test drive down the freeway. With the rag installed in the location I have no wind noise. I will investigate the problem and find out what is causing it.

I was able to pull back the rubber seal at the bottom corner on the passenger side rear window and with the aid of a headlamp I could see that the weather stripping along the bottom and the side of the window seal terminated at the radius of the body window opening. I sealed the area of the radius with RTV silicone using a pointed tip nozzle. I drove my truck down the freeway and the wind noise is gone!
