Why is this replcing the 4 pin

My 2025 Limited Longhorn equipment list calls out a 7 pin and a 4-pin connector for towing.
It arrived with a 7 pin and a funky 12 pin connector. See attached photo of both. Never seen this. Anyone? Looks to be a camera connection of some sort, also on the other side of license plate I have a camera connection also.

12-pin is the trailer camera. Either Trailer Surround/AUX2, or AUX1/AUX2 (analog). Shows momentarily or in reverse on UC screen.

The "coax" on the left side is the DRVM tow mode trailer camera hookup.

You have to use a 7-4 pin adapter if needed for a trailer light hookup.
