Hi, guys. Newbie here with a question. 2021 stock suspension. I'm looking at falken at3 tires. 295/70r 18. I want to go to 18x9 wheels. Question is +12 offset or +18? I'm wanting to be close to flush on oem style fender flares. Thanks
 
+18 is cutting it close to the edge of the flare, I think 12 would stick out past. I ran 285/75/18 no level kit on +18 and had no rub. I can’t comment on the 295’s
 
You’re going to want to look at pics of wheels with the same width to see what offset you like

Couple of us have +18 @LateToTheParty has +12 but 6mm is less than 1/4”

There is no right or wrong answer unless you’re really pushing the limits of what fits and then a few mm of offset can make it a nope

here is what +27mm looks like. the less you go the more you stick out.
