Wheel offset fitmeant

I have a 2020 ram 3500 Laramie diesel , levelled with 35x12.5 Falken wildpeak at3w tires and a 20x10 -12 offset wheel and it rubs bad . If I had the same wheel but +12 offset would I still rub??

I have +12 with only 295/65/20 on stock suspension and I still rub some and had to do some trimming. My tires are not as wide. If I was leveled it would just clear without trimming.

You will likely still rub. The sweet spot is ~+18 on a 9" wide wheel, but having 10" wide you are going to have issues with that extra 1" on a +12 offset
