A little more blackout replaced the Hemi 6.4 badge with a simple 392

Thought I'd put a little aesthetic touch to it. I did the all blackout thing on other trucks and as much as I do like the look, I do enjoy some chrome as well, just not too much. So I found these vinyl inlays and I thought they fit the look I wanted. The "Laramie" emblem already has the black inlay with the chrome surround. It does have the milled look, but these vinyl inlays go with the theme. I got a bubble here and there. I'll hit it with the heat gun or just redo em. They were cheap enough and took little time.

Oil and fuel filters change today, gave the truck a Xmas gift today.

Truck is out of warranty now, switched to Fleetguard filters from Geno"s, if I remember correctly they have a filter sale in July so I stocked up plus their customer service is top shelf. Ordered multiple filters and was missing a fuel filter with my order, emailed them and made them aware of the problem, they shipped the missing filter the next day.

Changed the oil and filters. Been a while since doing it myself embarrassingly. Fortunately I still had the right tools for the job to be less of a tool myself.

A friend and I put a ceramic coat on my 26 2500. He did a light buff on it, no cutting. Paint was still good for factory paint with 550 miles on it. Under his shop lights it looks really good. Picking it up later today and can't wait to see it in daylight.

Putting my Christmas present from my kids in tonight. Looks pretty cool. And also changed out all 4 shocks with Bilstein 5160. Shocks made a world of difference my rears were totally blown.
