What did you do TO your RAM today?

That's gonna leave a mark. Will not buff right out.
Makes me want my strip club to hurry up and reopen...Those ladies are tough bishes!

Are all the AirBag kits double bags or are there ones with singles, same height and girth (giggle) but just the one bag?

There's only one air chamber.

I've never seen a "single" bag setup for a truck. AFAIK, they are "split" like that to keep the diameter size down when compressed.

Added 3M clear film on my hood and bumper. I made templets from a plastic sheet then cut it out from a 12" X 72" roll. I have the film on the lower 8" of the hood because on my previous 2016 ECO diesel all the rock chips are on the lower 4" of the hood. It came out pretty good! Hopefully this will help. I also added Mopar HD mud flaps today.

Would you make more of these for payment?
If you want just the aluminum flange I can make a few at no charge other than maybe some shipping costs. I have a lot of aluminum flat bar scrap laying around that I don’t have certs on so it would just get recycled anyway.
The real costs is in the hardware. I used a Milton style quick connect, about $15, and another $10 or so in some ¼-20 stainless screws and brass air fittings.
I can knock out a few next week for any who want.

Where did you mount the compressor? Very nice install. I would be down for one of the kits. Let me know how to pay you.

@DownShiftz - nice, clean install!

I too am interested in learning what you did with the compressor, and acquiring an aluminum flange from you. What do you think about installing the flange behind the panel, and having a 1" or so hole for the quick connect to enter the bed? that would reduce the depth of the connector into the bed. I'd hate to mess something up because something was rolling around in the bed.

Thanks, I was asking because the bags on my "big" truck are all single /not stacked. About the size of one of those institution sized can of beans. I know you've seen them. again, Thanks

All components are mounted to the passenger side frame rail. The compressor is just to the right of the ECU, you can see the air intake line in the photo of the ECU. There is plenty of real estate under our trucks so we have a lot of mounting options.

Swapped out the giant ram plastic chrome tailgate badge for the giant black plastic ram badge. This thing is huge! If I had the time I’d button this up and just have a flat panel. Maybe in the future if I keep her that long. 7ACF1C3D-27F3-42BE-A8A8-03D55061D5AA.jpeg
