What did you do TO your RAM today?

I took the lower glove box out a while ago in order to replace it due to it cracking from storing equipment (and my wife). It was probably the wife though.
Went to revisit this again and now I think I'm just going to leave it like this for the extra room. There isn't much room in the glove box and it's just going to get destroyed again (plus the part is on backorder for months out).

Anyone want to make a low profile cover/finish plate there?

Finally upgraded my steering wheel to one with audio controls. After having them for the last 15 years it sucked not having them. Anyway, had to do a little rework, apparently I can’t put the switches on the correct sides……upside I can R&R the airbag lickitly split!

Did you go with heat too?

I did not. My previous Rams had it and I never used used it. The wheel and wiring harness have the connection so I connected everything but that was really to keep it neat and not have loose connectors bouncing around. I’m not sure if my Tradesman has the necessary wiring, I didn’t check.

Chassis Unlimited Octane bumper and Diode Dynamics S3 Sport reverse lights. Bumper went on easy enough. Looks great on the outside, but the powder coating didn’t cover the inside areas of the swing outs. It rained last night and there’s already rust. That’s disappointing. The first photo shows the tire a little low and covering the rear plate. Had to raise it up a bit. Video

Called the dealer to check on trans stick and heater grid parts. Said can't place order for the grid until May for year 21 trucks. Trans Stick/tube backordered. Told me plan on sometime in June. But keep checking.
I'm not a happy but trying hard to stay off the anti anxiety meds.

Yesterday I put the Fox ATS on and got it dialed in where I like it at about 15 clicks tight. Huge difference in conjunction with the synergy box brace that's been on there for a while. I like heavier, firmer steering and this guy with the big Toyo's made a huge difference. Need to put some highway miles on it to see how it did with the radial pull, but I've got a work event this coming week that should get me about 4-5 hours of windshield time.

Now I just need to find the time to get the trackbars, springs, and fox 2.0 w/resi's installed ...

Finally installed one of my trailer tow cameras on my dump trailer. Now I need to do it one more time on the horse trailer and put the 360 on that one. Bigger job…

2nd day through car wash to get rid of 6k miles worth of crud...still haven't got all the bugs out of the grill.

I did have to repair an 'oops', tapped a barricade at a gas station when I felt froggy and said 'I got this'... overconfidence got me for sure.
Loosened the inner liner and was able to pop the dent out and pull the corner almost all the way back out.

Also went ahead and swapped in the new wheels/tires...Anthem wheels they had on sale and Cooper AT3 XLTs 285/65R20.
I'll see what I can get for the old wheels/tires..still at about 9/32" tread.

If the TS version is the same as the ATS wide open... then honestly I'm not sure why Fox bothers to sell it (The TS that is). After my couple hundred miles today I'm probably going to close it down more closer to 20 turns or even just full closed. Really did help with the radial pull and construction zones are 10000% better. The heavier steering is just so much better and more controlled going through highway construction zones, but I want just a touch more dampening for those areas that get extra rough. Honestly night and day over the stock stabilizer where things would start to get unsettled through some of the rougher highway stretches that have seen better days.
