What did you do TO your RAM today?

Towed some toys to the desert for some fun

I wish we lived somewhere that had access to this. We ride our bikes almost every weekend but we stick to moto tracks, we have prolly a dozen tracks within 2 hours of us. I recently picked up a new CRF 250RX which was built for where you live, does ok on the moto tracks for my skill level but man I want to get it out into desert country.

It’s totaled. I hopefully will get a check from insurance next week. Now I get to start truck shopping again.
That sucks! I'm sure the insurance check will be sizeable. Buddy of mine had his 2021 2500 totaled out several months ago and he got quite a bit more than he paid for it. All the best!

Put some new shoes on the truck yesterday. Method 701HDs and 37x12.5r18 KM3s. Suspension is still stock and there is slight rub on the fender liner on both front tires but aside from what im really happy with them. Currently running 45 PSI front and 40PSI rear and ive noticed a decent improvement in ride quality, especially over small bumps.

I used the TPIS from the stock wheels/tires. They were all fine for the first 20 miles or so but both right side sensors are no longer registering, truck thinks they do not exist. Has anyone had this happen? If so, how do I fix?

Also shoutout to @Quick for the tires. Your generosity is impressive and appreciated.

Love the 'low' look with big tires! Do you think the rub could be resolved with an alignment, heat gun or trimming or any combo of the previous?

Installed my Bilstein leveling kit and Rough Country Trac Bar. It's barely noticeable I had to measure to double check.

How’s the ride with the bilstein springs/shocks? Did you get the resi shocks?

No resis, just 5100s. It rides slightly better. I had the stock Bilstein 4600s before it so maybe that's why not such a huge difference. I have the rear Bilsteins on order so hopefully that will make a difference in the rear as that is where I feel I need the ride improvement.

Just got the truck back from a few more things being done.

-tinted front door windows and sunroof to match factory rear tint.
-full paint correction
-full PPF wrap
-ceramic coated PPF

I tried to get decent pics of the quality of the paint now but didn’t do great lol.

I have several motocross tracks available to us locally as well, but we choose the desert 10/10 times!

There is simply nothing like 5th gear pinned from point A to point B when those 2 points are 10 miles apart... last one there buys lunch!

Good times.
