Western Snow Plow Wiring Issue please help

i have a 2019 Ram 2500 Cummins. I installed a Western truck side wiring harness. When i hooked up my plow I dont have power to my controller and my headlights on the truck donesnt turn off so it not going into snow plow mode. but when i unplug the three plugs from my plow my headlights start flashing, dash goes crazy flashing collision avoidance. then inbetween it flashing it say snowplow mode disables some functions. im lost im not sure if the everthing is wired right or what.

What harness was used? Was it new wiring and isolation module? Where did you steal power for the red wire off the controller harness?


When the 11 pin plug is plugged in it should complete the ground loop and power up the ISO module which will power the controller.

What plow is it and do you have pictures of the wiring? I am basically running the same setup on my 19 Ram just Fisher which is the same wiring from DD

its a western wiring harness and isolation mod is also new. and the red wire i did add a fuse to the cd player fuse. its 10 amp but it didnt blow it

would i have to rum my own 12 volt power wire to the wire under the fuse box. or would the enable wire from the wiring harness from western supply the 12 volts?

the iso module should supply the 12V when the 11 pin headlight connector is plugged into the plow.

Can you post pictures of your connections.

The red to the CD player is fine

where should i start. its a mess right now but i will take some any specific parts/plugs?
