Weird no start problem

I had my batteries disconnected for a couple of hours yesterday on my 2018 Cummins powered Laramie, once I reconnected the grounds and tried to start my truck I’m getting a message on the dash saying “push clutch and start button”. I step on the brake and push the start button but nothing happens with the starter. There is a little red light flashing on the dash also. What is my problem? I was told by someone online that my truck had gone into security mode and I would need to get the PIN from the dealer. I got it and entered it into the radio and it says”wrong number.
 
I've seen reports of it taking up to a few hours for the truck to "fix itself" of this issue. Are you still dealing with it?
 
This happened mid day Friday and as of yesterday mid morning it still had this problem. The batteries were connected during this time, almost 24 hours.
I talked with another dealer and they told me I needed to give them the serial number from the radio along with proof of ownership. I pulled the radio and got the number but I have to wait until Monday to get a manager to give me another number to use.
So yes I’m still dealing with this.
 
I’ve tried disconnecting the batteries again, tiring the cables together for 30 minutes, hooking up a booster vehicle and my second FOB.
No difference.
The code number I got by going back to the dealer only unlocked the radio.
 
UPDATE. I now have tried getting any trouble codes by hooking up a scanner. In fact I’ve tried two different scanners and neither one of them can connect to my truck.

Confir dealer vin again sometimes they give wrong number
 
I finally figured it out. I had also been pulling and checking fuses and I figured out that I had put the ECM fuse in the wrong place.
