Hello all! Well got my 23 in March and experiencing water leaks on n off since then. Coming from my A pillar grab handle. The thing is there's times that it had rained and it didn't leak. Today I felt headliner on top edge near windshield and noticed it was wet in a few spots. Has anyone had this repair resolved? The dealer says if they can't duplicate it they can't fix it. Any advise would help here.

I forgot to mention in previous post I don't have a sunroof.

Mine is going in next Wednesday for a leak from the A pillar handle. I have a sunroof.
Hopefully they will fix it first time around.

Yes I have clearance lights. And 2 other units I guess Radio & navigation antennas.

Some folks have reported leaks around the clearance lights. Since it's a 23, I'm assuming you are still under warranty? I would take it to the dealer to address if it is

Appreciate the info, just inquiring to see what others have had to get repaired. I wonder if lights had a design change to address the leak.

Hi Pete! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Mine just started leaking at drivers side A Piller.
No sunroof but have marker lights.
Just wondering if you got your leak fixed and how.
Thanks

Hello, yeah here in NJ we were under draught for the warmer months. Didn't rain for a while so no leak. I went ahead and replaced the first cab light closest to A pillar cause it looked like it had some moisture in it. I think the design sucks its 1 screw holding it in with a thin screw gasket and clips on the sides with a foam gasket that has aheasive on 1 side. It still leaks. I'm going to wait until spring to remove all the pillar moldings. Lower the frt seats and Lower the headliner. I worked for CJDR for many years and they sublet out their water leaks. I know these outside vendors just yank the headliner down and could care less how it goes back together. It's a strange leak cause sometimes it rains and it won't leak. My carpets are dry, headliner is dry. And it only drips a few drops from grab handle then nothing. It's more annoying cause it happens intermittently. My next thought is maybe it's one of the other cab lights. But it only leaks by drivers grab handle. The satellite antenna is also on that side so not sure if maybe it's that. Gonna attack it myself in spring. Let me know if you come up w something.

It's odd--- mine is intermittent also.
Thanks

I've had one instance of leaking at the A pillar, around 6 weeks ago, and it was a steady drip, but never happened before or since. Odd that it wouldn't continue. I'm assuming it's a marker light.

I’ve been fighting a 2019 3500 leak for 3 years. Mine got bigger and moved to the rear corner as well, pouring in steadily some days.
My 2014 3500 leaks slower but has molded the interior now. So we are trying to replace the gaskets in the 3rd brake light As some have suggested.

Apparently there’s a service bulletin about this light leaking.

Mine does this same thing.

I have a sunroof, clearance lights and the other antennas. Sunroof drains are clear.

Going to the dealer on Friday.

I recommend checking the 3rd brake light. I was told that that light is a known defect on past models and some leaks come from there. My buddy had his replaced.

Where can we find the service bulletin for the roof leaks? Thanks!!

How does one remove the two antennas on the cab roof?

Also is there a replacement gasket for the cab lights and the two antennas?

Not the same rig, but my wife's SUV had a leak of unknown origin. The dealership told me they don't work on water leaks and referred me to the body shop they work with. They removed basically the whole interior to be able to find where water was getting in ( bad door seal that was allowing water to ger behind some trim panels. They can be tough to find, but you can't just say we can't fix it because we can't find it. Sounds like they need to pull the headliner and drive it through a carwash
