Just wanted some thoughts on my current situation. 2018 PW, Transmission started slipped 5/6th gear back in January. Limp mode/Lights etc. Finally covered under Max Care warranty and replaced this past week. MaxCare authorized transmission, lines and cooler. After getting the truck home I noticed the transmission cooler is the original one and has not been replaced. It is listed on my invoice. (68184883AA)

Went to the dealer today and I told the service writer, it look like the transmission cooler is the original one as it dirty/road debris etc. He said don't worry about it, you have a new transmission, go and enjoy driving the truck. He told me "I worry too much." So I left.

Here is the catch.... I have photos of everything before going into dealer. The bolt is in the same location along with the same marks on the cooling fins. Do I give the service manager a chance to figure out a plan or go to Ram directly. I already had a case with Ram as the backorder date for the transmission was September and they expedited it.

Where do I go with this?? This listed dirty/contaminated fluid, so is my new transmission now compromised due to the fluid in the cooler. I get they could have flushed it, but that was not was invoiced.

Is it realistic that they need to replace it all over again? Or can I push for a warranty longer than the 2 years they told me when I picked it up?
