Good afternoon. Long story short, vehicle went in for Uconnect errors on screen last July 2024. They said they found a rooftop antenna 'not connected' properly. After driving off lot was still getting same errors. Due to being out of country for a good chunk of 24, was not able to get truck back in for follow on repair until this month. They looked again and now this time found the antenna has 'spread pins' and requires replacement. They aren't covering the repair due to it being out of warranty. Am I way off base here by thinking the repair should be covered due to them not fixing it correctly the first time in warranty?

Should be 1 year warranty past previous repair I thought? Anyone else?

I would contact Stellantis/MOPAR Customer Service direct, and ask for their Warranty Department. Heads up, their phone tree system sucks (at lease back in Nov/Dec 24). When you get through, they are ok to work with. My issues were with the Apple "Car Play". Ultimately part of the Head Unit was replaced with cables, and the antenna was 'properly' connected at the shark fin. y initial issues were with the Stellantis "engineers" not working with my Dealership on the first issue. During the second issue with the "Shark Fin", the new Service Manager was a total ass. The Customer Service Rep at Stellantis/MOPAR was great. She had commented that she was having similar issues with both the Dealership and Service Manager, and was going to deal with it at the corporate level. I don't know what actually was done as I had found a different Dealership.

Good Luck!
