Just noticed driven home dealer used vavoline on 19 2500 6.4.
anybody see a problem with it
Going to do some research on it when I get home

I have been running Valvoline 15/40 Premium Blue in all my Cummins/Dodges for over 25 years and have never had any problems. I think it is a great oil!!!
 
Valvoline is good oil. The only hurdle with Hemis is they are prone to lifter tick, and high moly content seems to be one of the defenses against it. If you are fortunate to have a quiet Hemi, rock on. If it starts ticking, like my 2015 6.4 did, the only oil I found that would keep it quiet was Red Line 5W40. It ticked on the SRT oil, and sounded like a thrashing machine on Amsoil. YMMV.

I was worried more about warranty.
I do have the hemi tick.
 
I know... Late to the game, but Valvoline does meets spec...but slightly surprised they used that rather than the PuP.
