Up fitter switch

Has anyone added the upfitter switch's in there 19 ram . I am wanting to add in my dually but dealer says nothing available for my bighorn.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
 
You are talking about the module (VSIM) or the Aux switches?
- AFAIK, VSIM is factory only
- Aux switches are available after delivery for sure.
 
that is what I'm looking for. The parts guy at the dealership said they don't offer it for my truck l would have had to order the truck with it.

Do you have the part number for it ?
 
Yeah, if you asked for upfitter, they might have thought you wanted the VSIM.

I highly recommend that you order from your dealer as this switch panel comes in many many versions , panel only vs kit (6.4L or 6.7L?, parking sensors?, etc...)

Multi Switch - Mopar (68381308AE) <-- ONE EXAMPLE ONLY
6.4L, with aux swtc, with air susp with prk snsr, without front sensors.

@MikeXM is exactly right. there are more flavors of that switch than baskin robbins has ice cream.

don't forget, you'll have to swap out the brake controller to the new switch panel.
 
I was dropping mine off for the 68rfe recall and I went and talked to the parts guy and he said they don't have any for my truck. Might have to try and find someone else to ask
 
just order it from tasca parts. "cool" parts guys a very few and far between now days.
 
Checked out tasca parts doesn't show any auxiliary/upfitter switch's for my truck
 
I did a tosca search on just "Multi Switch - Mopar" and I got a great list. I'm not the OP, but thanks for that info.
 
Done a lot of work and head ache but its done. Thank you to Big horn (Dave) for the support

I guess I don’t understand what y’all are talking about. I’m also looking for the, what I thought was called, “upfitter” switches. I have a Longhorn with the large screen. You’re saying that I can just order the switch bank and plug it in?

Upfitter, auxiliary switches are the same. You need to do the wiring for the system.
 
Nice work paulvi and thanks for the compliments. Paulvi bought all my connectors to wire up the oem Aux PDC box and with some help from me and an email to Alfa OBD to make a change to the software for the 2019 2020 trucks he got his non aux switch truck to have all 6 aux switches working. I don't know if he plans on selling any wire kits as he has parts to do so, you would have to ask him.

What setting did you change within alfaobd to get the switches working? Thanks for any help you can give.
 
CustSetMenu1 Auxiliary Switches CSM
Select Value Switch 1-4 option.

Disconnect the app Remove the turn off the truck Remove the key close the door after five minutes.

CBC Features-Configuration Of Auxiliary PTO
Select Value Six.
 
Thanks for the info. I don't have the PTO option on my truck ('19 Power Wagon). The commercial option shows up in the EVIC and I can make changes but my Aux buttons do not light up when pressed. It also shows up in my radio but I can't make any changes. I don't have the fuse panel connected up all the way yet but should next weekend.
