UConnect 4 Navigation issue

A couple weeks ago I needed use the navigation in my wife’s 2021 Ram 1500 Longhorn. Typically I just use my phone’s Navigation but I wasn’t able to at that point in time. When I put the address in it kept saying “Location not found”. No matter what address I put in it gives me the same message.

Anyone have this issue or know of a fix for it. Will a hard reset fix the issue? Thanks.

I have a 2020 Larmaie with 12" display and haven't used the NAV in a long time. Seems like this happened to me until I discovered that I had to punch an option at the bottom of the screen to input the state and city first and then I could type in the street address. Could be wrong but I think that's how I remember it.

Yea I did that as well and it didn’t work. I initially thought that’s what it was
