Truck won't unlock after remote start

I'm thinking it is definately some sort of RF hub Issue, maybe a software glitch. Out of curiosity we should compare similarities. I also find my 8.4 inch touchscreen (non-nav) seems to skip between tracks being played from my smart phone when connected via usb...almost every time when switching between songs, the music plays and then skips and then continues playing. But to compare notes to see if we can narrow it down, I am pretty sure trucks with the button on the door and auto unlock when you approach the vehicle use a different RF hub and key fobs vs trucks that don't....just curious to know if those style trucks are doing it as well....my truck is as follows:

2020 Bighorn Sport Mega Cab, Cummins 6.7L SRW
Buttons on Outside Door handle for lock/unlock = No
Factory Remote Start = Yes
Fob Remote Tailgate Release = No
Uconnect Style = Non Nav 8.4 Screen
Built in LTE/Wifi/SOS Buttons = No

That’s an RF Antenna, not the RF Hub. The Hub (module) is on the back wall. The antenna detects that the fob is in the cab.

Woudn't a 2020 be under warranty still?
RamCares says Mopar is aftermarket part and not covered under warranty. If it wasn't factory installed they don't care.
 
Okay maybe not relevant but while I was driving my truck on sunday my radio reset itself and since then truck will unlock at first press of a button after remote started. Is it possible RAM did some software changes to it over the air?
 
Just an update. Chrysler won't help me because mopar products installed after car was purchased (no matter if dealer installed or owner installed) are not covered by them. They will only help me if it was factory installed
 
Oh well didn't last long. Didn't unlock this morning again. Had to press the button like 8 times.
 
So the problem is back. I'm not able to unlock it again. I'm so pissed on Ram they won't do anything about it.

Kristof. I’m waiting to take mine in until I hear from someone who has had theirs successfully fixed. I can’t afford to lose a day of work, and have to drive 45 minutes out of my way for the dealership to shrug their shoulders. Waiting to hear from Diversified Industrial on how his went. (Im guessing since we haven’t heard from him, it’s probably not fixed). Also, don’t press the button multiple times. I have gotten into the habit now of pressing and holding the button while watching for the lights fo flash and it always unlocks/locks, just sometimes takes 3 seconds or so. Much better than pressing the button multiple times in my opinion.

I understand. I had to get a loaner from them cause I need my truck everyday. From my understanding they won't fix this unless you had it installed from factory.

It looks like Diversified might not went to the dealer since he have not posted an update.

Mine has been in . They claimed they couldn't duplicate the problem. My exact reply was ********! The service manager then said he would go check it himself and call me right back. An hour later he agreed there was an issue and said he would look into it and attempt to fix it when I bring it back to have parts installed for other issues. However this is the same guy that drove it into the shop , then argued briefly with me that it was a diesel. I responded with if it's a diesel I somehow got it to run on gas for 4500 mi.

so my buddy who has a new 2020 PW checked his and his unlocks every time after autostart. He uses autostart all the time but has the proximity unlock feature so had not tried using his remote until I asked him to. His opened fine with the remote.
 
I'm speaking to ram customer service and they are speaking to my dealer. Now the blame the gate unlock feature. They said my vin doesn't show power gate installed at factory. I explained to her there is no power gate installed. Now she is waiting for dealer response.
