Truck delivery time

Hello everyone so I ordered a 2022 limited mega cab in January of 2022. May 12th got info that it was built and in process of being shipped.
Iv called ram and my dealership and there's no more info on truck. There is no eta on delivery. Anyone have any helpful info would be appreciated. My salesman said it could be months before is delivered to dealership. It was built in Mexico and my dealer is in Texas so it don't have far to travel. I'm gonna out of my mind trying to figure out where is my truck and no one knows.

There have been some sitting in Mexico for a couple months and still not shipped. Others have made the train within a week. Lot of different variables.

Mine was built April 28th. No eta for shipping.

What does the tracker tell you?
 
They assign a person to it find out exactly where it at. The ram center said they can see only so much but when u put a case on then it goes to department that is assigned to a case worker they are able to see more information on truck. It sounds stupid they should be able to see everything about it but I guess not.
I would call ram center Tuesday and tell them to do that for you

The problem is they do not practice FIFO like virtually everybody in the world does. If your truck happens to be behind newer trucks and shipping is difficult your truck can sit for months. One of my friends ordered literally the identical truck a couple of days later and already has it.

My understanding is dealers a month or so ago at a dealer meeting were raising heck with RAM over it.

I know where I'm at. My question was for you. Do you know what the online tracker says? If it is "built", it's still KZ. If it has "shipped, it is KZM or later. FYI...I'm not sure the Ram Customer service escalation really does anything. Many members here have been told their case was "escalated"...and they never had any meaningful info from them after that.
 
Mine made it from Mexico to final rail yard in PA in 6 days….but has been sitting there waiting for a 40 minute truck ride for over two weeks now
 
Just an update from dealer…ETA to their dealership from railyard is June 20-28. Which I believe is ridiculous that it arrived at railyard on May 13 and only needs to make a 40 minute drive….
 
My Limited has been at the TRACOMEX SALTILLO YARD since March 20th, ordered on Jan 3, and left the factory on March 19th . I called RAM this morning and had a case opened. Said I should hear back from someone in 1-2 days.
 
Mine sat at the rail yard for 3 weeks. I know this is short comparatively to most, but it still seems like a long time.
