Transmission Recalibration Needed for Larger Tires

Update: Took all 4 wheels off today and removed star washers. There were 2 on each rear and 6 on each front. Also lowered psi to 55 each tire. A little better, but still feels like somethings not right!
Did you follow the torque procedure I provided? What process did you use to secure the lug nuts?

I did use your recommended torque procedure. Air pressure has been lowered to 50 psi all around. Seems to be some better, but still not right. Over 70mph, truck is smooth as butter. Between 40-70, still go a twitch! Procal calibration tool is to be here today. Gonna see if that helps.

Don't put to much hope on this... I ran OEM value on my truck when I changed to larger tires. Then, when I got the tool, the only thing that changed once calibrated was the speedometer readings. There were no vibrations related to this value.
I don't think it actually changes anything beside speed and distance calculations.

Man, I feel for yah, that stinks. Hopefully you can figure out what is wrong to cause the issue.

It's been a while. Did you solve your problem?

I'm curious too. I had 20x10 fuels on my 2500 and recently put on 17x9 methods. I'm getting a weird bouncing feeling when driving normal city driving. Doesn't happen under acceleration. I'll check lugs later today.
