Anyone with a 23+ and the digital cluster have over 10k miles on their trailer odometer? Mine was working fine and then stopped at 9978.2 miles, even though I have over 1k miles with the trailer hooked up since it stopped counting. I’ve restarted everything, unhooked the trailer several times, and two weeks later it still isn’t going up. I haven’t tried resetting the odometer yet, I wanted to see if anyone here has seen something similar first.

The brakes are working, and it pops up that a trailer is connected when I plug it in (and warns it’s disconnected if I unplug it).

Before you reset it, try a different trailer in settings and see if it keeps counting.

Good idea. That one hadn’t occurred to me. I’ll give it a shot when I grab my trailer next time.

For what its worth my 19 hardly ever counts the towing millage as it has about 1/2 its miles in towing and it still only shows 5400km i have never reset it yet

Well, I’ve tried changing it from Trailer 1 to Trailer 2 and it does count up the miles there. I’m wondering if the actual value is somewhere findable by AlfaOBD.

@Jimmy07 Any thoughts here?

My 24 does not have the digital cluster but it almost never counts my towing miles. I have just ignored it

Bringing this one back up as I reset my trailer odometer when I got my new trailer and it has again stopped increasing at 9978.2 mi.

I’m out of warranty and I’m not going to pay the dealership to not understand the issue, but there’s definitely something screwy with it.

My trailer miles should have passed that number a couple days ago, but I haven't checked since. I'll give it a look by the end of the week and report back.

Sounds similar to the 1092 hour reset glitch on 17-18 standard EVICs, which wasn’t ever fixed.

my '25 will count then randomly add a bunch of trailer miles. I would reset and it continues working correctly. has increased trailer mileage twice now.

Agreed. No way are they correcting this or any of the other little quirks that come in the pre-25 digital dash.
* Oil temp gauge does not have the blue ring
* Trans temp not available in Tiles screen (diesel only, I believe)
* Trailer odometer stops counting at 9978.2
