Like the title says, I'm wondering if anyone is running Trail Ready wheels, specifically 17" size. So far the only one I've stumbled across on the Forum is @SCRAMHD and his awesome truck on 20" Trail Ready wheels.

I'm very interested in running this exact wheel on my Power Wagon. If anyone recognizes the truck below, maybe point them to this thread?

If you run a daily driver with beadlocks or simulated beadlocks and ever drive though mud, have fun. I had some simulated bealocks on a truck a while back and was constantly going through mud at work and keeping them clean and balanced was extremely difficult. Other than that, they look great!

I've seen others say their rock rings hold water/mud, I could see that being annoying.

The KMC Machete beadlocks (and a couple of others) mill drainage holes in their rings to help prevent/reduce buildup.

My Jeep is daily driven with true beadlocks. The water is a non issue, don't even care that its there. I could see it being annoying if you're neurotic about keeping your vehicles clean, but its not really an issue otherwise. Mud does get trapped in there after a wheeling trip, but a quick trip to the local car wash to blast it out does the job. Never been much of a concern.

Good to hear. What size wheel/tires on the Jeep? Any issues at speed with balance?

17x9 inch wheels, 39" BFG KM3 tires.

They took a bit of weight to balance, but that's not surprising since the rings are all rashed up and missing material here and there, and the 39s are pretty big obviously. But to answer your question, no issues at all at any speed. Drives down the highway at 70 and is perfectly smooth.

thanks for sharing

That’s pretty slick. Now i can visualize it.

They built drainage valleys in between each threaded insert for the ring bolts. I dig it
Yeah it's a pretty cool design. I'd like a set myself just cuz they look cool to boot, but not cool enough to spend another 2500 on something I already have.

Yea I dig it as well but I ride and represent a brand already so I’m not gonna switch. Besides my crawler and my tow rig have “matching” wheels through my brand so I’m extra cool  LOL
