Towing blind spot glitch?

I have towed three different trailers multiple times, including the tiny utility trailer that the glitch happened with, and never had this message before.

This message pops up soon after start-up and I start going down the road...

I scroll to "Conventional" and hit the OK button on the left side of the steering wheel. Nothing happens. The message doesn't go away. I can scroll up and down between gooseneck and conventional and hit OK and nothing changes. The message refuses to go away and I can't access any of my other menus until I come to a stop and shut off the truck and restart. Then the same message appears. The last time it came up, it said my trailer was a 30ft instead of the 20ft.

This is the trailer...

It just started doing this yesterday. Then it was normal for one trip today with no blind spot warnings coming up. I can't figure it out, and know that if I take it to the shop, it won't do it for them. Just like my random backup camera blue screen of death...

Anyone else seen this message before? I've been towing with the truck for a year and it just starting popping up yesterday.

I've seen a few people mention that experience, there was this thread a while back

Mine did this as well.

Ive found that if I wait for the message to show, and make my selection, before driving it doesn’t glitch. But if I start the truck and quickly start rolling before selecting, the screen will glitch and stay on.
