Those of you with the digital rearview mirror, make sure you check the tow-mode camera connector on the rear bumper (to the left of the license plate bracket). Just happened to open mine today and it’s already showing heavy corrosion, especially coming out of winter here in Southwest PA. This truck isn’t six months old yet. Why do they not have any die electric in there…

Not sure but I’m going to put it in there. I already treated the 7 pin and 12 pin when I brought it home from the dealer but I wasn’t sure how that connector worked so I left the dielectric off. Guess I should’ve tossed some in there. I hit it with QD electric contact cleaner and a fine brush. Looks good now, I’ll throw the dielectric in there and then monitor.

If I remember correctly there wasn’t any dielectric on those either. I added it. I’m just happy the truck made it here without damage and in a reasonable time lol. I’ll check my window sticker, maybe they discounted me for the lack of dielectric

anyone know where to order the tow mode camera ?????????

You can try your local mopar parts counter but I’ve had no luck with that. Most can’t get them as they’re still in short supply. Stellantis is keeping a hold on them in order to be able to deliver them with new ordered trucks. Best bet is to find someone who has one, members on here, who have it and don’t need or want it.

What is this part number? Mine is missing the center post…don’t think it was natural causes.

Where do you live?? Mine looks new still - 16K miles on the truck.
