So only 3 weeks in, one of the neighborhood kids decided to drive their bike into my bumper. I ordered some Mopar PSC to touch it up and the color isn’t even close. Way more bright than the truck. Anyone else with Billet Silver have any luck with a touch up paint that matches?

Had the same issue in the past on my Billet Slv. Durango. Thanks for any feedback.

Depends in the batch of paint used really i have seen 2 same color trucks side by side one a little different shade

An often forgotten item, but I always insist on dealer to provide touch up paints on delivery of vehicle.

That’s a good tip for the future, but I bought the Mopar paint and it’s the one that doesn’t match.

I checked this out on their website, but my paint code wasn’t available when I tried to order.

When you are inputting your make/model, you have to select either Ram or Ram Series. PSC then shows up. When you pick Ram Truck, it isn't an option.

I put a little dent in mine barely touching a trailer. The bumpers are like tin foil. I pulled it back by hand. I replaced it with an after market bumper. What a difference. I could easily lift the old bumper overhead with one hand. They are junk. Better off with something that will protect your truck.

As much as I hated them, the 5mph bumpers of yesteryear did save some parking lot damage.

I had some from Auto Zone, don't remember the name but it a perfect match for the bright silver on my '13.

Before I got the drcolorchip solution, I had already ordered an automotive touch up.com kit. The match was perfect. I like the color hip process better and will try that next time if I need to order more.

Thank you all for the feedback!

I have to say, I have never seen a bumper chip as easily as these. Love the way they look, but it really makes me regret the painted bumpers.
