I just got a new 2022 Ram HD 2500. Was looking to upgrade to a more aggressive tire. I have always had Coopers on my 1500s. Was thinking about getting the Cooper STT Pros. Have you all had good luck with these tires and does it reduce the gas mileage much compared to other aggressive tires. I drive on the highway and muddy country roads.

Currently I have Firestone AT Transforce on my truck. Have seen reviews that these are terrible tires that will not last long. If I do decide to upgrade to a mud tire should I go ahead and change my spare also? Sorry if this is a stupid question.

I ran them in 35x12.50 size. LOUD AS HELL but they wear good and have great traction. Great all around tire. And they look nice too. I liked them a lot.

Take a look at the Falken Wildpeak AT3/W in whatever size you want. I've had them on a chevy 2500 and a jeep gladiator. Both had great tread life and were fairly aggressive for an AT tire. They are what i'll be going with when my transforce tires are worn and need replacement. I'm at 10k on the factory set and they won't last another 10k before all the tread will be gone.

Just had Cooper at3's put on this week and their performance has been great so far, great traction and zero road noise. Can't comment on tread life yet. I went with 35x12.5 and I'm still averaging 22-25 mpg highway View attachment 40187
I hope you have better luck than me, i had 3 different sets warrantied with those tires before i had to swap to different tires

I like Coopers, although I'm partial to the St-Maxx. My Dad ran the STT's on his F350, but switched to the ST Maxx recently. I'd be comfortable with either
