Tire recommendations for a truck camper?

We have a 2022 RAM 2500 and a Northstar 850sc popup camper that weighs about 2400# we will have on pretty much all the time. Currently running the stock Firestone on 18inch rims I will probably keep. We spend winters in Baja, summers in the NW. Not going to do any extreme offroading but will do some dirt roads and beaches. Everyone seems to hate something about every tire so it's hard to know what might work. Thanks.

Firestone is owned by Bridgestone. I had 15,500 miles on my 2500 that I just traded. The Firestone tires were worn out. Bridgestone tires on motorcycle were worn out by 5000 miles where Dunlop tires easily go past 10,000. I doubt you will have to wait long until having to decide what tires you want to replace your Firestones with.
 
I'll be having to do the same probably after the first of the year! My driving is about the same pavement and forest roads towing my toy hauler, and I run the "all season/highway" tires and they have worked very well for me.

Those look like a contender although in my size - LT275/70-18 - they have white lettering which I don't like. I was maybe only going to get 4 and use the existing spare.

You can have them installed with the white lettering on the inside, which is what I did.

Another vote for the AT3 XLT, hands down the best AT tire I’ve ever ran.
 
Does anyone have any advice regarding Falken Wildpeaks and that kind of driving/load?
I had some Coopers on my Excursion, and they were fine, but didn't have the 3PMSF symbol and were a little underwhelming in snowy passes.

The Cooper AT3 XLT’s are 3PMSF and do fantastic in snow and ice.

I have some friends with Falkens and they like them. I was looking pretty hard at them and the AT3 XLT’s and ended up getting the Coopers cheaper. Very happy with that tire and as soon as my OEM rubber wears out I’m going back to the AT3 XLT.
 
I found a really good deal on 295/70/R18 Falken Wildpeak AT3W tires. Thinking these will work.

Now that's an awesome camper. What's the weight? That'll give you a better idea of tire.
 
I've had exceptional service out of the Bridgestone R500HD. It's a highway tire that's near indestructible and gets tons of miles. Has decent enough traction when new but starts to get a little slick after some treadwear. Sounds like you're opting more for the A/T's though. They should work fine for you.

Btw, love the camper. We really miss our truck camper at times. I bet that popup is awesome.

Thanks. We can't wait to get back to Baja and enjoy some of these spots we have only been in our Jeep.
