Tire De/inflation?

I dont haul my camper a lot however its big enough I feel that the 80psi rear tire pressure is necessary for when I do. So my question is what tools for inflating and deflating your rear tires have you found to be extremely helpful? I have a 60 gallon compressor and going from 65psi to 80psi takes forever.
 
60 gallon compressor should fill a tire from 0 psi to 80 no problem Let alone 65psi to 80psi.
It does just takes awhile per each tire. Ive seen some offroad stuff that fills multiple tires at the same time but Im not to sure about how well they work at the higher psi (leaking at valve stems and all)

Just buy a multi tire kit they are fine at higher psi but dont expect it to be much faster as the valve stem is the issue trying to flow air through a small hole

Seems it would be faster then filling one at a time lol

Really depends what size of fittings are used if its anything less than 1/4” its not much faster

as was stated only so much air can pass through a small opening..if you want to do it really fast pull the valve core and use one of these to fill it up and be ready to insert the valve core back in...

ok to clarify I FULLY understand that only X amount of air going in/out at a time. Just looking for recommendations on tools and such that help air up/down. Sorry guess I should have explained that better

How long is “forever”?

I have a Viair 450P and attached a connector to run it off the 7-pin plug on the truck so I can reach all 8 tires easily. De-inflating is simple, in fact, just the head is all that’s needed - don’t even have to hook anything else up - press the button and it deflates (in no time really).
As for inflation, I can bring all 4 trailer tires up from say 60-65 PSI AND all 4 truck tires up another 5-10 PSI each in about 15 total minutes - from getting the kit out of the truck bed to putting it back when done. It’s not NASCAR but good enough for me. Your mileage may vary and if 15 minutes feels like forever, this isn’t a good solution for you.

As for 80 PSI - my unsolicited free advice (worth everything you’re paying for it) is to hit the scales and determine PSI based on axle weights and load charts for your tire with a little bit of headroom added in for safety margin. Under and over inflating are both problematic….

Here’s a pic of my spreadsheet on scale tickets for my setup (2022 Ram 2500 Hemi and 27’ Airstream at 7000# loaded). Check the bottom left in red. According to the Firestone load chart, 80 PSI is for carrying 7280# on the axle (which exceeds my axle capacities). On the top right are the weights the axles see when fully loaded for camping (including full tanks of gas, LP, and freshwater). With my weight distribution fully engaged for the load, the rear axle sees 5100#. The 65 PSI figure on the door jamb is basically saying I can carry almost 6400# on that axle. So 65 PSI on the rears gives me all I need for the load I’m carrying and plenty of safety margin. 80 PSI would likely bounce the crap out of my trailer. It sure bounced the truck around as it was delivered with 82-84 psi in each tire - brand new, empty, and despite the door jamb wanting 60 on the fronts and 65 on the rears!

That will work good an added bonus feature would be add a regulator set at your target psi then you can walk away and know the tires will be where you need them when yiu get back….
 
That kit does not include a compressor, only the hoses and manifold.
