Jay to add to the review of others, I installed a Thuren front sway bar on my otherwise stock 2024 Ram 2500 Hemi Big Horn 4WD CC truck this morning and I can say that the handling/ride improvement was impressive. Installation was a breeze in my garage.

My only “issue” is grease gun access to the upper arm fittings. Thuren quickly replied to my email, stating that the fitting is 1/4-28 thread and I will be installing 90 deg. or 45 deg. fittings to replace the (2) upper straight ones.

I just installed a Thuren sway bar yesterday and have the same grease zerk access issue. I have a 2019 3500 SRW. Is there some trick to getting to those top zerks? I ordered some 45 and 90 degree zerks but just wanted to see if I am missing something. Seems like Thuren would include that in their install instructions.

Other than that I'm super impressed with the fit and finish. Really easy install. I haven't driven anywhere yet but am looking forward to it.

TIA

I've never had any issues with mine. Maybe different grease gun nozzle?

Interesting. Do you have the zerks facing the front of your truck? I tried a needle nozzle and couldn't quite get it straight enough. The curve of the sway bar is in the way.

Weird I had no issue with mine at all besides putting the link on backwards, didn't notice the zerk pointing the wrong way until I did lol
Which way is the wrong way? Are they supposed to face the front of the truck or the back of the truck? It looked like they would hit the lower spring perch if facing the rear.

That's what I thought and what I did. I'll mess with it a bit more. Thanks for the reply.

May I ask How the ride improves woth the Thuren sway bar?

I'm wondering the same thing... how does this change anything to the stock setup?

Its night and day better. Stock Drive over a speed bump at a angle and your head will smash into the window. Same thing with Thuren active sway doesn't not jolt near as bad. I think its one of the best suspension upgrade for the truck.

They must have changed the design or something. I have the lock n lube grease coupler and a few different tips and can't get any of them to get on the zerk. I'm sure a 45 or 90 degree zerk will work fine but am just surprised I can't find more info. What am I doing wrong? See pics:

That's the plan. I ordered some zerks but I'm impatiently waiting for them to be delivered.

Is it possible to turn the link around so the zerks are facing the other direction?
There is a zerk on the bottom side of the link as well. If they were facing the other direction I wouldn't have access to the lower zerk. If the lower zerk faced the front of the truck and the upper faced the rear it would work great.

They seem to have changed where the zirk fitting is threaded in and seems a little more angle on the bends on the ears.20250523_122026.jpg
