If you can clear it with that tool. I would do that. If it comes back again reseat all module connectors and check harnesses for damage. Or suffer with the dealership.

All of the BCM stuff is up behind the dash right?

Check your fuses under the hood. Push them in all the way. Check the ground connections in the wheel well on driver's side.
