Recently had a 2020 ram 3500 limted srw sb, in the dealer for engine noise. It has a 5yr 100k powertrain, so the dealer ran a VSR report & according to the dealer the (PSSM) power side step module shows 300+k miles. The odometer reads 80k+ and the complete report otherwise is 100% accurate. Car fax, auto check & navits all show accurate with no errors.
My question is it even possible for PSSM to give miles lol! Can power steps give miles lol! Im thinking its a revolution count or something along those lines. Ram is claiming the warranty maybe voided due to miles showing 300k+ on the report.
