TailGate seal for 2020 Ram 2500

On my 2014 Ram 1500 I installed a tailgate seal that worked well, but after looking at my new Ram 2500 tailgate. Well it is different, a lot more rubber bumpers and etc around the tailgate closing area, also very large gaps at bottom of tailgate to close. Would like to know if anyone has installed the tailgate gasket on the 2019 or 2020 ram 2500 model. I know it will not keep out all dust or water but it sure helped on my 1500. Thanks

I added the weather stripping that came with my Bedrug... seems to work well enough.

I'm disappointed with the number of and size of gaps in the tailgate area. I started looking at sealing it off, but just gave up due to the number of holes and sizes of the gaps. I may re-visit it, but that's not much help. Good luck.

I used the seal from the above post. It’s a bit of a pain to install and it definitely doesn’t seal it completely. I’ve added a handful of other small seal pieces in different spots to try to help.

The seal above also will get ripped off of the tailgate wiring mount as you open and close it. I haven’t found a fix for that, but I get almost no dirt in from the bottom so I’m not too worried about it.

I bought a bedrug for my 2019 1500 and I don't recall any weather stripping. Going to get one for my 2500 after Christmas, was this an add on or is it standard? I did get some moisture issues and had to air it out every couple weeks.

Pretty sure both times I ordered a Bedrug (from Bedrug) it included a short roll of thick(-ish) weather stripping to "seal" the tailgate.... I certainly don't recall ever buying any.

I'm rather certain I haven't bought weather stripping...
