Suggestions for outside parking

Looking to leave my truck for 16 day stints unplugged any advice other than fill fuel and def tank/remove battery terminals?


First time having a truck I keep outside non heated wishing I could plug block heater in but I don't think they have plug ins at the private airport.

16 days ain't anything worth worrying about unless your talking WELL below zero temps. My opinion, I do it all the time

Leave mine out side, for 21 days in a row each month fires right up! No worries

Service truck in winter stays outside in zero degree weather untouched never a problem for 30 days or longer

Your truck will have no problem, like what has been said. The only thing I would say is, make sure you are cautious to not overfill the DEF.

If you’re parking for an extended period of time below freezing leave the parking brake off.

appreciate it, just filled it and forgot about it. itll be in minus temperatures all winter here.

Saving grace forgot to fill the def tank, so it wont freeze and screw up lol.
