My 4000 mile 2019 6.7 HO 3500 has a slight vibration "rumble" come on at various times while driving. It doesn't happen often enough to exactly tell what triggers it. Sounds like it's coming from the front. Very subtle but happening more frequently. Anyone have this happen or have any suggestion?

Hi @smokeygt - If at any point you decide to address this concern with your dealer, we would be happy to provide you with an additional layer of support for that process. Our team is always just a private message away.

You probably have checked but make sure the tire pressures are good I think they have a blind guy filling them ;) . Not sure if it pertains to you but out here in the sticks the wheels get packed with mud and gravel and make-er shake like a chubby girl at the bar on a Saturday night:oops:

I stopped by the dealer. He thinks it's my running boards but didn't hear anything. It was doing it before I put on the running boards. I thought it could be something aerodynamic related as it happens at speeds over 55. Now today it's doing it at speeds as low as 35, a speed where air should not be a factor. It's happening most of the time now, so maybe I will take it to the dealer and he should be able to hear and feel it this time. When it first started, it happened for a few seconds at a time. Then go away. I thought it could be a bad tire too, but it happens like an on and off switch. I guess the more it happens, something will happen then we'll know what it was. I've felt the hubs, cool. checked underneath for something loose. All easy highway miles, no pulling as yet. When I do find out what it is I will certainly post the results back here. Absolutely great truck, she just has a little gremlin lurking somewhere.

Mark thanks for assistance. Makes me feel good to know you care.

Did someone figure it out? Regen exhaust noise?

2 weeks on the road, brand new truck, start having vibration between 60-70 mph.
When the trailer loaded (4 car hauler) no vibration, any idea???

The vibration/noise is still here almost constantly. Not getting any worse. Pulled a trailer with 3000 pound tractor on it. So not a big load. No problems. If you didn't hear this truck before the vibration, you wouldn't notice it. It's that subtle.
