Steering Wheel Lock Question

Embarrassing question. Sorry to be so stupid. But I cannot figure out how to lock the steering wheel column when killing the engine. I've turned it every way I know, and it doesn't lock. First vehicle I've seen in 50 years that doesn't lock the steering wheel. Is it just my ignorance?

Also interested in any security measures to secure the truck when parked. I researched and it seems there are a few members who've done some kind of interesting add ons. Thanks.

Im pretty sure my 23 Laramie doesn’t lock either.

Mine doesn't appear to lock either, but it's so stinkin' hard to turn it might as well be locked!

I admit, my first Ram. And I also admit I'm "impressed" with the simplicity of functionality. Lock the truck? Hit lock on fob one time. DEF guage? Analog from F to E. DEF filling? Right by the gas cap. Lots of other things that are simple.
