I have purchased a 2019 Ram Quad Cab and have had it for about 9 months. It just got cold in my area I turned on my steering wheel heat and after 2 seconds it turns off. I see where this is pretty common but no one has shown a fix for it yet. I contacted my dealer thinking it would still be under warranty and much to my surprise my warranty was only good for 36,000 miles. I currently have 41,000 miles on it and think its unfair that i just find out that something isn't working once it gets cold enough to use it and then told my warranty wont cover it because I am 5k miles over. You would think since this is a common occurrence they would have a fix for it by now or at least a nation wide recall. I was told by my dealer they could troubleshoot it for $225 and then I would have to pay for repairs on top of that. This is so obscured and a rip off to those of us that pay ridiculous prices for our trucks as it is.
