So my second issue in 2 days. (2 1/2 yrs trouble free since new now 2 problems in 2 days)

Now My steering whee heater on my 2022 RAM Cummins wont stay on

I push the button, the TFT shows "heater on" for 2 seconds then "Heater off"

It was working 2 days ago, but now its F'd

Im guessing steering wheel or clockspring needs replaced ? anyone dealt with this one ?

2022 ram 6.4 had the same issue and it turned out to be the clock spring in the steering column

This was a known issue on the 2022's, take it in for warranty work if you can.

My truck is past warranty at nearing 80k miles. I'll inquire with the local dealership though.

My 2020 Laramie has the same issue. I removed and checked the fuses & made sure they are seated when I put them back it. Unfortunately the fuses didn't fix the issue.

Noticed this morning - the steering wheel heater works when I remote start the truck. The moment I put it in drive and start to move it - it turns off. @RamCares is there a recall on this part?
